▪️ 60g butter
▪️ 60g sugar
▪️ 2g ground cinnamon
for batter:
▪️ 5 eggs
▪️ 120 ml milk
▪️ 2 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ 1g sea salt
▪️ 100g flour
▪️ 5g baking powder
▪️ 90g sugar
▪️ 35g toasted sliced almonds
BAKE at 400ºF // 200ºC for about 20 minutes
