INGREDIENTES:
Para la base blanca:
580 g Leche entera
200 g Nata 35% MG
2 Vainas de vainilla
110 g Azúcar granulado
45 g Dextrosa
30 g Azúcar invertido
30 g Leche en polvo desnatada
5 g Estabilizante (o lo que indique el producto)
Crema de caramelo salado:
100 g Nata con 35% MG
75 g Jarabe de glucosa
40 g Azúcar granulado
1 g Sal
35 g Mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
INGREDIENTS:
For the Dairy base:
580 g whole milk

2 vanilla beans
110 g granulated sugar
45 g Dextrose
30 g invert sugar
30 g skimmed milk powder
5 g Stabilizer (or whatever the product indicates)
Salted caramel cream:
100 g Heavy cream
75 g Glucose syrup
40 g Granulated sugar
1 g Salt
35 g Butter al room temperature
