Steps To Follow :
1. Select Polygonal Lasso Tool To Select The Area
2. From Edit Menu Copy Then Paste
3. Delete The Background Layer
4. Give Adjustment With Blur Tool To Border Area
5. Free Transform To Adjust The Size
6. Give Layer Style Drop Shadow
7. Save As PNG Because PNG format Could Hold Transparency Or Opacity
Note: After Saving The PNG format When You Preview It The Image Will Show A White Background This White
Background Only For Preview. The Image Is Originaly Transparent. To Text It Upload To Any Web Page Then
See Your Web Page Background Color Will Be The Image Background.
