Delicious MINI PIES with any berries and fruits | simple recipe
INGREDIENTS for 6 mini pies:
▪️ 225g all-purpose flour
▪️ 80g icing sugar
▪️ a pinch of salt
▪️ zest of 1 lemon
▪️ 125g butter
▪️ 3 egg yolks
▪️ 15 ml water
▪️ 2 tsp. vanilla extract
▪️ 300g frozen blueberries
▪️ 20g cornstarch
▪️ 30g brown sugar
+
▪️ 10 milk for greasing
▪️ 10g cinnamon sugar on top
+
two rings ⌀ 11 and 8 cm
BAKE in the oven 190ºC // 375ºF for 20 minutes
