Running past the last Sea Dragon, into the Primary Containment Facility, where we help the Sea Emperor, obtain the cure, and deactivate the Quarantine Enforcement Platform (QEP - that big gun that shoots you if you try and breach quarantine).

If you remember from the Sunbeam episode, the QEP said "infected individuals may not disable the weapon." Being as we're not infected anymore...
