Lots of websites out there want you to come back the next time they publish a new piece of content. Other, more nefarious websites have used this feature to send people porn, spam, ads, and more. Even if you're just getting legit notifications, you may want to "unsubscribe" from the ones a particular website is sending you.
Sadly, this isn't as straightforward as many would hope. At least with email newsletters, they are required by law to include a link at the bottom that removes you from a mailing list. That just isn't how mobile notifications are handled though.
There is still an easy way to stop these notifications though, you just need to know where to look. This video walks you through how to prevent websites from sending you these annoying notifications to your smartphone.
