The city of Leipzig in Saxony / Germany is a favourite together with Dresden in the state. This vibrant trade-show city has a lively, attractive city center which can be seen here in this walking tour.

We start at the Central Station with the shopping mall and head to the inner city with all the arcades. The Leipzig City Hall at the market square looks nice as it gets darker as we also get to the "Mädler Passage". This historic arcade features statues portraying the legend of Goethe's Dr. Faustus at the famous Auerbach’s Cellar.

We head back via several side streets to the train station completing this 1 hour walk.
