Today we're taking a look at a game I've been sinking a ton of time recently.. Rend. You may have heard about this a while back.. or even about the studio, Frostkeep, as it was in some news headlines as it was made up of chunk of ex Blizzard, ex WoW developers.. which here on my channel.. an mmorpg channel.. tends to mean something.

The Rend gameplay found in this video is relatively low levels of progression as the time in between the media embargo/NDA lifting and the early access release was less than a week.. so it was a scramble to grab Rend gameplay. There is a lot more cool stuff found in Rend than what you see here.

Rend is a strange take on the survival genre.. it adds a measure of structure to the game and turns the game from just existing.. to an actual game complete with win conditions.
