Recently I got a chance to play the upcoming Torchlight title, Torchlight Frontiers. Changing up the formula of the past action role-playing games and giving it the online, multiplayer, persistence injection commonly found in MMOs and MMORPGs.. Torchlight Frontiers is kind of a hybrid.

Unfortunately that means that Torchlight Frontiers because another only online title and mod and mod support.. as well as private server and the like will probably not be a thing. F

I got a very small taste of the game but I can tell you that it felt great. It felt like Torchlight and the controls with the controller were real fluid.. which is awesome because Torchlight Frontiers is looking to enter beta in 2019 and eventually release for PS4 and XBOX in addition to the PC and I can't wait to loaf on the coach, feet up.. and adventure with my pet panda or alpacca.
