Here's my jazz tenor saxophone cover of Urbosa's Theme from Breath of the Wild featuring my friend Lydia! I'm Sab and I love jazz and video games, so now I make covers that combine two of my favorite things!

This cover was so much fun to put together! I played Urbosa's Theme randomly on the piano back in September and loved how it sounded! I decided I wanted to do a cover and watched the cutscenes in the game again to familiarize myself more with the context of the tune.

Urbosa is such a powerful character and I wanted the tune to reflect that!

I love the latin style and harmonic minor stuff and it applied perfect to Urbosa's Theme since the song is in F minor. ;)

I also had my friend Lydia join me on this Breath of the Wild jazz cover! She is such an incredible pianist and I loved having her play on the track. I'm so proud of what she did since she hasn't played much jazz piano and was so nervous when were recording. She did such an incredible job and grew a lot as a musician in this cover! Thanks again, Lydia!
