My name is Iser Rabinovitz. I’m the CEO of ULIV. We started with 21 apartments in Polanco in Mexico City three years ago. Right now we have 350 units in mainly Mexico City and Tulum. If you want to grow your inventory and manage a lot of listings, you need to have a system and I think Guesty has helped us a lot.
We started using Guesty two years ago. It helps us have a much clearer view of what we’re doing and it makes it easier. Definitely. I would say the guest communication has been great, for us having 350 properties, a lot of guests every day. It’s much easier to contact the guests, follow up, during the stay, before the stay.
Yeah, Guesty saves us 5 to 6 employees we would need if we wouldn’t have Guesty, definitely.
Right now we’re very focused in Mexico City, but we want to go to a lot of new places in Mexico. So definitely, Guesty, we’re counting on it to grow, to keep growing and make life simple for us.
I mean, we had 50 units and we were selling, let’s say $100,000 a month. Now we’re selling 1.3 million a month. So it’s a big increase.
