In this video, I will show you how to change your username on instagram on your computer. First, you want to head over to instagram and make sure you are logged in.

Once you are in, click on the profile option on the left side.

This will take you to the profile page. From there, click on the edit profile button at the top.

Now, you will see the Meta Accounts Center show up. You want to look for the personal details option and click on it.

All your connected instagram accounts will show up here. I will click on my account. Select the “change username” option.

You can rename to something that is not yet taken. You will know it is available if there is a green check box on the right.

Click on done and your profile username will be changed. Keep in mind that sometimes instagram may want to verify your identity and you will have to provide password details.
