In this video, I will share with you 2 easy methods to highlight PDF on your computer or laptop.

The quickest way to do so is to use Microsoft Edge. Right click on the PDF you want to highlight. Select “open with”.
Then, choose the Microsoft Edge Browser. This will open the PDF on the browser.

Now look at the top left corner and find the highlight brush icon. Clicking on it will allow you to highlight the pdf.

You can choose a different color or change the thickness. I will be using green for this example.

Now hover over the text you want to highlight. You can also erase the highlight by using the eraser icon. Once you are happy with the changes, you can either save it directly using this icon, or use the next “icon with a pen” to save it as a different file name. This will preserve your original file.

Now you have the original copy and the modified copy for future editing.

The second method is to use google docs. First, you want to head over to google. Then, click on the 9 circle icon and search for google drive. Click on it and it will take you to the Google Drive area.

Next, upload your pdf by clicking on the “plus New” button. Once it is uploaded, you want to refresh the page.

Now right click on your pdf file and select open with “Google Docs”.

Go ahead and highlight the text and select the “highlight icon”. You can use whatever color you like and select it to implement the changes.

Once you are happy with the changes, you can rename the document, then, select file and “download as PDF”.

It will be saved in your default download folder.
