Life changing nail shaping trick for fingerpicking!
Do you play with nails or without? Many people only have nails on their thumb and this works for them as well.
All you have to do it just pick a piece of sandpaper, wrap a string around and start picking on it. I like to use a more rough one first, like 1500-2000 grid, that can create the shape quickly and then I use something like a 5-6000 one to make it smoother without loosing the length. Finally Ilike to use a 12000 grid one to make it mirror smooth or glassy, so if I look at my nails from below I can see shine on it.
