Pizza in the oven, or rather pizza dough we're making today, because you can put anything you want on top of such airy yeast dough! We're baking a big, airy homemade pizza on thick dough with mushrooms and tomatoes. If desired, you can bake 4 thin pizzas from all the dough! But it's very delicious this way too, when there's a lot and it's appetizing, homemade style.

🔥 Timing:

🥛 *A 200 ml cup is used for measuring ingredients

✅ Pizza Dough:
warm water - 300 ml = 1.5 cups*
dry yeast - 5-6 g (see below) = 1.5-2 tsp
salt - 4 g = 0.5 tsp
vegetable oil - 30 ml = 2 tbsp
flour - 500 (+/-) g = 4 cups*

✅ Additional:
tomato or pepper paste (sauce) - 2-3 tbsp
vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
water (if paste, not needed for tomato sauce)
thyme or oregano = 0.5 tsp
sausage (ham, etc.) - 150 g = to taste
tomatoes - 150-170 g = 8-9 small pcs
champignons - 170 g = 8-9 pcs
cheese - 200-250 g = about 1.5 cups*
cornmeal or semolina - 2-3 tbsp

❗ Size: 38x40 cm

🌡 Baking temperature: 350°C (if maximum is 250-270°C, bake for 15-20 minutes)
❗ Baking mode: top+bottom+convection
⏲ Baking time: 12 minutes

🔥 About Yeast:
✅ 5 g yeast for a recipe from a 10 g pack per 1 kg flour;
✅ 6 g yeast if the pack is 11-12 g per 1 kg flour;
✅ 7 g yeast if the pack is 7 g per 500 g flour;
✅ 15 g of fresh compressed yeast.
