Filling
Jam or jam - 400 g
Preparation
1. Combine orange juice with vanilla sugar and regular sugar, stir until completely dissolved.
2. Combine sifted flour with baking powder and salt.
3. Add vegetable oil and orange zest.
4. Pour in the juice with sugar and knead into a soft, non-sticky dough.
5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
6. Divide the dough in two. Give the smaller one a flat rectangular shape, wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the freezer for 1 hour.
7. A baking dish, line with non-stick paper, lay out most of the dough, distribute along the bottom, forming a 1.5 cm side. Send the baking dish to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
8. Put thick jam or jam on the dough. Grate the dough from the freezer on top on a coarse grater.
9. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C on a medium level without convention for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
10. Remove the cake from the baking dish and cool completely on the wire shelf.
11. If desired, sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
