One of the things I’ve realized over the past several years is that very few marketers really understand the economics of a sales funnel.

Specifically I’m talking about the math needed to scale an offer or funnel.

The good news is that it’s really not that hard (trust me, I am NOT a math person).

This video was originally part of a paid training that I sold, however I’ve decided to put it on YouTube.

When you watch it, you should get a really good understanding of why things like CPA, AOV, and LTV really are so important. You’ll also see dozens of ways that you CAN improve funnel metrics to scale.

Even better, I’ll show you how to decide WHICH of those dozens of levers you should prioritize. This will help you to scale while also eliminating decision fatigue.

This video might feel a bit overwhelming to some people at the start, but if you watch it you’ll end up having a huge advantage over the vast majority of your competitors. And this is true regardless of if you’re a freelancer who works with brands, or you’re a D2C business owner yourself.
