Here it is! My favorite city in the Hoenn region - Sootopolis City! A lot of you guys have been asking for this one, so I decided to rearrange it asap. I did like 80% of it from scratch, it was difficult to make and took a lot of time, but I'm happy with the outcome! I hope you guys enjoy this one as well!
