Did you know that a baby’s kick count is a sign of healthy pregnancy?
A healthy baby in the womb will kick at least 10 times an hour.
Remember, it need not be hard kicks; even small punches, rolls, or flutters are also healthy movements.
If the kick counts are less than five, do the following things.
👉 Drink something cold
👉 Drink something sugary after a heavy meal
👉 Take a warm bath
👉 Change your position
These will stimulate the baby to start kicking and moving.
If the baby is not showing any movement throughout the day, even after doing all these, then it is time to meet up with the doctor.
