To Change Background in Zoom Meeting while you use the same in your PC, follow these steps:
Open the Zoom App, then click on the Settings icon. Next, click on “Virtual Background” and then select your preferred image from there or load saved images from your computer as showed in this video.

If your already in a meeting, then click on the small arrow sign near to the option “Stop Video”. Then click on “Choose virtual background” and select your preferred background image. This video will be an answer for your queries like:
