eggs - 2 pcs;
baking powder for dough - 1 pack;
sugar - 1 glass (250 ml);
flour - 1 cup (250 ml);
carrots - finely grated 1 cup (250 ml);
How to make a delicious carrot cake:
1. Break eggs into a bowl. Pour a glass of sugar here. And beat them until white.
2. First of all, peel the carrots and rub them on the finest grater. As a result, we should get 350 grams of grated carrots.
3. Combine carrots with egg mass and mix well.
4. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and mix well again. If desired, you can add any sweet products to the dough: cherries or dried cranberries, dried fruits or cocoa.
5. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and pour the dough into it.
6. We bake on the "Baking" mode. The baking time for the carrot cake depends on the program. which is laid in the multicooker.
7. After turning off the multicooker, let it stand still with the lid closed. Then take the cake out of the multicooker and let it cool.
