*1 baskom air + 1sdt garam
150g air
1 sdt gula pasir
½ sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
minyak goreng secukupnya
BUMBU HALUS
2 siung bawang putih
6 Siung bawang merah
7 cabe rawit merah
8 cabe merah keriting
1 tomat merah
1 sachet terasi ABC, bakar
½ sdt garam
3 Sdm minyak goreng
CATATAN
Setelah terongnya dipotong, rendam air yg sudah dicampur garam supaya terongnya tidak menghitam
*Goreng terong di minyak yang benar benar panas menggunakan api sedang cenderung besar, tidak usah terlalu sering dibolak balik, agar tidak menyerap minyak terlalu banyak
