Fluent Forms is one of the best form builders for WordPress. You can use WP Fluent Forms to make a number of different forms.

I use WP Fluent Forns with my Divi Theme from Elegant Themes. It is a great WordPress theme that is compatible with Fluent Forms.

Using Conditional Logic is common for advanced forms. Usually conditional logic is referred to as "If... Then". If X happens then show Y.

One of my favorite things about Fluent Forms is the Premade forms that you can load in just a click, pretty neat.
