The Divi theme logo can be in a few different places. You will have to determine where your logo is stored.

The first place to look is the Divi theme options. Check under the general tab and logo to see if your logo is uploaded.

If your logo was in the theme options then you will change the logo size with the default controls in the theme customizer.

Your logo maybe in the theme options, but when you make edits with the theme customizer you do not see them.

In that case your logo is probably in a global header in the Divi theme builder. Navigate to the theme builder and the header, this is where you can edit the logo size.
