Project Description:
*****************************
In today’s episode, you will learn how to control your Arduino or Mega board using Nodemcu esp8266 wifi module and blynk application. My previous tutorial was based on home automation using only nodemcu and blynk application. There are many situations when you need to control and monitor many devices. So by using arduino or mega with nodemcu we can increase the number of input output devices. So in today’s episode you will learn how to use nodemcu and blynk application to send commands to arduno or mega board to control any devices. Let’s get started.
The components that we will need for this project are
1. Nodemcu ESP8266 wifi module
2. Arduino uno or mega
3. 12v SPDT type relays.
4. 2N2222 npn transistors. Left leg is the emitter, middle one is the base and the right most leg is collector.
5. 10k resistors
6. Dc female sockets
7. Connection wires
8. 5x7 cm vero board
9. 1n4007 diodes
10. Terminal blocks and
11. Indicator lamps.
These components can be purchased from Amazon, the components purchase links are given below.
