2-3 cloves of garlic to taste
Chilli to taste
Thyme or marjoram
20g of unsalted butter
Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Half a glass of white wine
2 Italian sausages
200g of Pasta of your choice - I chose some Tagliatelle
