Chicken and Pineapple Salad Ingredients:
Champignons - 200 grams;
Chicken fillet (boiled) - 250 grams;
Pineapples (canned) - 160 grams;
Corn (canned) - 160 grams;
Hard cheese - 100 grams;
Sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
Salt, pepper - to taste;
Garlic - 2 cloves (If you do not want to add garlic, do not add it);
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.
How to make a festive chicken and pineapple salad:
1. Boil the chicken fillet, let it cool and disassemble it into fibers.
2. Cut pineapples into small cubes.
3. Grate the cheese. You can use any type of hard cheese that you personally prefer.
4. Heat the pan and fry the chopped mushrooms on it.
5. Send the prepared ingredients to the salad bowl: fried champignons, chicken fillet, chopped pineapples, pickled corn, grated cheese.
