The number one question I get on my channel is "How come resolve is so slow?". Invariably I dig into the hardware and it's an "APU" trying to do all the work. An APU is a processor that has a CPU and GPU integrated on the same die. This is great for low power consumption and small form factors but does NOT give the greatest output for gaming or editing. Check out this video to find out what the weak link is with an APU based system.
