New Patient Folder in Google Drive
How to create a new patient folder with template files named after the patient. The programs I have written do this automatically after a form has been submitted. There is a limitation in that it will not create a new folder if the patient folder has already been created. This means that if two different patients have the exact same name then there will be one folder. To differentiate them you might want to save the file as First Name Last Name and ID. This will help to create unique folders and identify the patients with the same name. Overall it is a much faster process now and is all automated using the Unsubscribed Healthcare system.
