Email PDFs of Google Sheets from Google sheets
So much easier!!! This video shows you how my system is able to send an email directly to the patient with all of the PDF's attached. It also makes copies for your own records so that you can see when you sent the PDF out to the patients.
Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer but you should talk to one about getting your patients to sign an electronic communications waver to allow you to send normal emails. Google's BAA doesn't include emails outside of your organization and as a result normal unencrypted emails containing PHI would not be HIPAA compliant.
If you have bought the Elite packages dont worry. You will be able to get this update too. I will be making a video in a day or two going over how you can add this feature to your Elite package templates by adding the script and the other easy way is to install the elite package again and move these new updated templates to your PT Template folder. Dont worry it will all be covered in the video.
