How many times have you tried to trace a cable and the cable numbers don't line up.
The worst time to realize this is in the middle of troubleshooting or a move/add/change.
i can not stress how important it is to perform a network sanity check every so often. the best time is BEFORE a problem or move/add/change ;)
A good habit to get into is a sample random check after cables are pulled, or prior to any network changes.
In this video, you will see you important this is habit was for me at this new build.
Everything is new, so what can possibly go wrong?
