1. Install Python Script Plugin from Plugin Manager inside Notepad++
2. Download EmmetNPP from external source [Download EmmetNPP](http://download.emmet.io/npp/emmet-np...)
3. Unpack source in C:\Program Files\Notepad++\plugins directory
4. Restart Notepad++
