Steps:
Begin by opening up windows search or the start menu and searching for ‘device manager’ , and open it.
In device manager, expand the ‘display adapters’ category.
You will see your graphics card make and model here.
As you can see I have the ‘Intel HD Graphics 520’ integrated graphics.
