The first thing you'll need to do is to dry your picture and gently remove dust and dirt from it. Then, scan or snap a picture of your old photo with your phone or camera. Run the software and upload your picture.

Navigate to the Tools tab and choose the Rotation and Crop tool. Select a certain cropping preset or use Free Aspect Ratio. Make sure the uneven edges are kept outside the frame. Click Apply when finished.

To automatically improve your photo, go to the Enhancement tab and click the Restore Old Photo button. You can also manually remove any remaining minor flaws. To do that, move to the Retouch tab, then select the Healing Brush.
