Windows XP was the last version of Windows to support DPI scales below 100%. In this video I show Windows XP with 20% DPI scaling (the smallest it can go), at 1920×1080 (equivalent UI-sizing to 9600×5400 at 100% scale, if the UI wasn't so broken). I have previously shown Windows XP with 20% DPI scaling at 384×216 (equivalent UI-sizing to 1920×1080 at 100% scale), and at 8K (equivalent UI-sizing to 38,400×21,600 at 100% scale).
