Hi friends. Today we will bake fish in the oven under a very interesting, unusual coat. According to this recipe, the fish turns out to be incredibly tender and juicy, and the dish is self-sufficient, and it can be served without a side dish, supplemented only with vegetables. And since the recipe turns out to be absolutely inexpensive, and very quickly and simply done, it can be prepared just for dinner. For this recipe, it is better to take pollock, hake or pink salmon fillets.
Cut the fish fillet into portions. I indicate the weight of the fish already thawed, without ice gloss.
Also for this recipe we need onion, which we cut into half rings.
Now let's get down to making the coat.
Finely chop the crab sticks. I usually use crab sticks with the addition of natural crab meat.
Three boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
We put boiled eggs, crab sticks in a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix.
We take a form (I have a ceramic form measuring 25x40 cm) and grease it with vegetable oil. Spread in the form of chopped onion Salt and pepper it to taste. I slightly, without fanaticism, crush the onion with my hands and distribute it evenly over the bottom of the form.
On top of the onion lay the pieces of fish fillet tightly to each other. Now salt and pepper the fish to taste. I salt the fish on one side, since we have already salted the onions. On top of the fish, we evenly distribute our coat of boiled eggs and crab sticks.
Now take a few tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Lay the tomato slices on top of the coat.
It remains for us to grate some hard cheese on a coarse grater. You can use any cheese, as long as it melts well. Sprinkle tomatoes on top with grated cheese.
We put our dish in the oven, heated to 200 °, for 30-35 minutes. I turn on both heaters. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, you can turn on convection, if any.
And here we have such a beautiful dish. And how fragrant it is.

RECIPE:
Fish fillet (pollock, hake, pink salmon, limonella, tilapia) - 1.0 kg
Onion - 350 - 400 g
Boiled eggs - 5 pcs
Crab sticks - 200 g
Mayonnaise - 150 g
Salt, pepper to taste
Tomatoes - 350 g (3 pcs)
Cheese - 150 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
