Some of my covers are really straight forward. I lay down the track, start doing the drums, and then everything goes from there. Then there are covers that I have rattling around in my head for a long time. Ones that I have a sick idea to flesh out the song in a totally new style or way, like Snake Eater or Live and Learn. This was one of those covers.

I really wanted to play around with the idea of taking a Nightwish approach to this one and could think of none other than the amazing Ferdk to help me nail the orchestraition of it. Adriana has been really working on trying new styles and with the recent stuff she was working on, I thought it would be cool to see her take on this style! I was floored hearing it after because she sounds like a totally different person from her other songs and it's perfect for this! This is a project I've been working at tirelessly for over 6 months and while I'm sure people will hate it for whatever reason, be it different style or feel, I am super proud of this one. Hope you enjoy!
