How to Fix Language Problem of Non-Unicode Program in Windows 10 ?
You can fix this problem by changing the language settings for non-unicode programs:
To do this, go to the control panel – Open ‘Clock, Language and Region – Open ‘Region’ – Click the third tab ‘Administrative’ – Under ‘Language for non-Unicode programs’ please click on ‘Change system locale…’ – Choose the language of your program – click ‘OK’ – Restart your system’. That is all..!!!
