We cook some Corn Dogs using a sierra cooker 800!

The batter made with pancake mix, and the ingredients are sausages and cheese!
It would be fun to use other ingredients as well.
This time we made Corn Dogs, but you can also use cake flour to make stick tempura.

Wait until the oil reaches a sufficient temperature, then fry for about 3 and a half minutes while rotating the skewer until they are fried into a nice round shape.
