For doing this stretch, lie on your back on the floor and hug your knees into the chest and then drop bot your knees over to a side as you twist your torso in the other direction. Make sure your knees and hips are in line with each other as you draw them towards the floor. Hold this pose for 30 seconds and then repeat on the other side.
