Step 1: Go to the search bar and type "Regedit" then open the Registry Editor.
Step 2: Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows Media Foundation \ Platform
Step 3:Create new DWORD key (32 bits) and type "EnableFrameServerMode" Set value 0.
