Heavy rains, floods force 228,000 to relocate in south China
Floods triggered by torrential rains have paralyzed large parts of southern China, affecting millions of people in nine provinces. Authorities say total economic losses are expected to surpass four billion yuan. At least six people have been killed and one person remains missing in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
