Hi guys,
If you are having issues setting up Microsoft® Exchange mailboxes on your domain in Outlook® 2016 or later or your outlook mail account automatically corrupted & unable to configure mail account , you might be experiencing issues related to your Autodiscover record.
symptoms :--Cannot start Microsoft Outlook Cannot open the Outlook window.
We got an unexpected autodiscover response
Solution :---- Download the SARA Tool from Microsoft website for fix Outolok & Office Product Problem.Below link.

If Problem not fixed by SARA tool/Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant
Go to Registry editor First your user should be administrator
Open Registry(regedit) with Run as administrator
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook
Right click on Outlook go to New key type name AutoDiscover
Make below DWORD registry key entry in AutoDiscover folder under it.
Double Click on DWORD Key & put his value data.
PreferLocalXML value data= 1
ExcludeHttpRedirect value data= 0
ExcludeHttpsAutodiscoverDomain value data= 1
ExcludeHttpsRootDomain value data =1
ExcludeScpLookup value data =1
ExcludeSrvLookup value data =1
ExcludeSrvRecord value data= 1
If u find the same outlook Issue/error Please make above these registry entry in AutoDiscover folder under outlook folder with administrator user right.
