For Accor, with more than 1,000 hotels across a slew of brands in Asia Pacific, it is mostly about driving scale in distribution and commerce, and direct business. For family-owned COMO, with 17 hotels and resorts worldwide, it’s about creating loyalty and community around its experiences and brands.
