Kubernetes Cluster Setup: Different Approaches - How to setup kubernetes cluster in production
Learn the different ways in which a kubernetes cluster can be setup for devekopment / testing / production environments. Basic knowledge of Linux and containers is needed to proceed with this video.
We will discuss about two approaches / methods:
1. Easy way - Where all machines are Internet facing. Easy to setup but not relevant in production. As you will never have all the machines in a cluster facing Internet.
2. Hard way - Here we will introduce a proxy/router between the kubernetes cluster and Internet. Proxy/router will be controlling traffic to Internet and restricting Internet usage. This need us to configure proxy (squid) in case of Linux and doing a lot of additional configuration before the cluster can be functional.
