Kubernetes Cluster - Checking proxy for apt (package manager) access
Lets check if the package manager - apt - is able to access proxy for installing packages and is able to reach Internet now. This must be checked before anything else.
This will configure our kubernetes cluster for proper limited access to Internet for packages/ images etc.
