When you get the eProof email or notification from IngramSpark, here is what you need to do:
1. Review the document
2. In your IngramSpark Dashboard under pending approvals you have 4 choices:
A. Approve for distribution
B. Approve without distribution
C. I do not approve files, I have new files to upload
D. I do not approve files, contact IngramSpark about it
If you DO NOT approve the files, then either:
1. Select one of the do not approve options and upload the files right away
2. If you don't have the updated files yet, close out of everything and don't go back in until you have the revised files to upload
You also get a 60 day grace period from IngramSpark where there is no revision fee.
