cassava cake roll ingredients
2 cup grated cassava
370 ml coconut milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp yellow food coloring
3 tbsp butter
Grated cheese
How to cook cassava cake roll
Grate white cassava.
Remove the juice.
In a pan , add butter and let it melt.
Add coconut milk and sugar, bring it to boil.
Add grated cassava and yellow food color.
Cook in low heat until mixture is thick. (12-15 minutes)
Once done, spread cooked cassava on parchment paper lined on a tin. Cut
Grate the cheese on top and roll.
