Ingredient for banana cue
7-8 ripe banana (saba or plantains)
2 cups cooking oil
1/2 cup sugar ( brown )
How to cook banana cue
Peel the banana
Heat oil on medium heat
When the sugar melts slightly, add bananas
Stir continuously until the surface of banana are evenly coated with sugar
Remove the cooked bananas one by one and skewer with bamboo skewer
Let it cool down before serving
