Ingredients for making strawberry ice cream at home:
1. Strawberries (fresh or frozen) - 600 grams
2. Sugar - 250 grams
3. Lemon juice from 1 lemon
4. Cream - 350 grams
How to make strawberry ice cream:
1. Combine strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. Beat all this with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
2. Whip in the cream.
3. Mix the whipped cream with the resulting berry mass.
4. Pour the resulting mass into a container and refrigerate. As soon as the mass begins to crystallize, it must be stirred. This is done so that no pieces of ice are felt in the strawberry ice cream obtained later.
Stir several times until the ice cream hardens.
5. Put the finished strawberry ice cream in portions in the bowls, garnish with fresh strawberries, mint, your favorite syrup or chocolate.
